This role is based in Bengaluru, India, and will work with Software Development and Corporate IT, and practice resources based in the US and India.

this individual will work closely with business analysts and team members to understand requirements and build technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies. The ServiceNow Developer will configure and customize the ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on Flow Designer, scripting, Service Portal, Business Rules, and Access Controls (ACLs) to drive higher process maturity and efficiency.

Requirements:
+ Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow designs and deliverables (workflows/flows, integrations, portal experiences, and reports).
+ Build, maintain, and optimize Flow Designer flows (including subflows, actions, approvals, notifications, and error handling) with robust debugging/troubleshooting capability.
+ Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions) following best practices and performance guidelines.
