Job Title: Partner Relationship Executive
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹22,000 per month + Incentives + Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with recruitment partners on a daily basis, fostering and maintaining strong relationships.
- Assign job descriptions (JDs) to partners, ensuring they have clarity on role expectations.
- Monitor and follow up on submissions from partners for allocated JDs, ensuring timely and quality submissions.
- Provide guidance and support to partners to optimize their performance.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and partner satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date records of partner interactions and submissions.

Qualifications:
- Freshers with internship experience in HR or Business Development are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism and a serious work ethic.
- Must currently reside in Pune.
