About the role -

We're looking for a Payroll Lead to own end-to-end payroll delivery across our one of our key regions globally. You'll manage a team, run high-volume multi-country payroll operations, safeguard compliance across diverse jurisdictions, and act as a senior point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who raises the bar on accuracy and process, leads people well,



and is comfortable using AI and automation to scale operations.

What you’ll do -

Payroll delivery (high-volume, multi-country)
- Own monthly, semi-monthly, and off-cycle payroll operations across the multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely processing at scale.
- Manage large-volume payroll across multiple countries, currencies, and pay frequencies through the appropriate channels.
- Identify and implement automation and AI-driven initiatives to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

People management
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional payroll team, setting explicit standards and priorities.
- Manage capacity, workload, and SLAs across the team; support growth and performance.

Compliance and reporting
- Ensure statutory dues — taxes, social security, and other contributions — are filed accurately and on time across all in-scope jurisdictions.
