We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Analyst with strong expertise in Healthcare SaaS solutions, healthcare interoperability standards, and enterprise software implementations. In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation activities, working closely with healthcare clients, product teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of healthcare technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR/EMR systems, and industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, and X12. You will play a critical role in translating client requirements into effective system configurations, managing implementation risks, supporting testing and go-live activities, and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the platform. This position requires solid analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities,



and the ability to drive successful implementations in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute implementation activities across the complete project lifecycle, from discovery and configuration to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand business processes, operational requirements, and implementation objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements to ensure accurate product configuration and deployment.
- Configure healthcare SaaS solutions based on client workflows, compliance requirements, and business needs.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation exercises, and issue resolution to ensure successful system adoption.
