Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Implementation Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience to support our CRM implementation projects. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration, configuration, and customization of Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions, including setup, configuration, and customization based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement Salesforce applications, workflows, and automation to improve business processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during project implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce.
- Perform data migration and integration tasks between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.




- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support to ensure effective system usage.
- Ensure Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies are adhered to.

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce implementation, including a deep understanding of Salesforce platform features.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP, Middleware) and data migration tools.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
