Role
The Assistant Manager – Spa supports the overall management and daily operations of the Spa and Wellness department at Aman-i-Khas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and adherence to Aman’s service and wellness standards.
Working closely with the property leadership team,



the role is responsible for overseeing spa operations, supporting and developing the spa team, maintaining treatment and hygiene standards, driving revenue opportunities, managing inventory and costs, and delivering highly personalised wellness experiences.
The Assistant Manager – Spa will demonstrate solid hands-on operational expertise, leadership capabilities, and a genuine passion for wellness and luxury hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Support and oversee the daily operations of the Spa and Wellness department, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Deliver highly personalised and intuitive wellness experiences in line with Aman’s service philosophy and brand standards.
- Supervise, motivate, train, and develop spa therapists and wellness colleagues to maintain consistently high performance standards.
