Application Support Analyst

What We're Looking For

- Solid communicator who can explain complex systems clearly
- Ability to understand systems, applications, and processes end-to-end
- Knowledge of databases, networks, and security aligned with ISO27001 standards
- Proactive ownership of issues across software, hardware, and networks

Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-line application support, investigating and resolving technical issues




- Troubleshoot and identify defects across applications, data, and processes
- Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and applications
- Support product and technical teams in testing and release activities
- Maintain and contribute to the technical knowledge base and business continuity documentation
- Manage and monitor servers to ensure system availability and performance
- Monitor system performance and resolve data or configuration issues as needed
- Evaluate user feedback and recommend system enhancements

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of ISO27001 standards
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
