Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion RTR (Record-to-Report) Value Stream Lead to join our team. This role requires deep expertise across General Ledger, Sub-Ledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounting Hub, and Period Close processes, combined with solid leadership, delivery, and DevOps acumen.
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end RTR value stream, driving prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and system integrators.---

Key Responsibilities
Value Stream & Delivery Leadership
· Own Oracle Fusion RTR value stream including enhancements and production support.
· Plan, prioritize, and manage approved enhancement and support backlogs in collaboration with Business Process Owners (BPOs), Delivery Leads, and Solution Architects.
· Perform capacity planning and resource allocation to meet delivery timelines and business commitments.




· Optimize backlog execution to ensure efficient delivery across enhancements and production support.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort, automate processes, and minimize support tickets.

Team & Stakeholder Management
· Lead and manage a team of Oracle Fusion functional and technical consultants.
· Provide functional and technical guidance following Oracle and industry best practices.
· Partner with service providers and manage onshore/offshore delivery models to ensure timely, high-quality solutions.
· Collaborate with other Fusion Value Stream Leads, DevOps teams, and delivery/support teams across integrated edge applications.

Operations, Support & Governance
· Lead day-to-day issue analysis and resolution in production environments.
· Follow Johnson Controls’ Major Incident Management process for P1/P2 incidents by engaging appropriate teams.
