? Role Overview

We are seeking a energetic Operations & Delivery Leader with strong domain expertise in Finance & Accounting (F&A;) to lead a multi-process engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience in transitions, operations governance, performance planning, stakeholder management, and financial control.

? Key Responsibilities

1. Business Planning & Review

Partner with Account Managers to develop and align with account plans and identify new growth areas.

2. Transition Coordination

-
Plan and review infrastructure, technology, and people requirements with the transition team to finalize delivery model.

Review and sign-off SOWs and MSAs to complete contractual obligations.

Approve training and certification methodologies to ensure readiness and upskilling.

3. Operations Management

Coordinate resource deployment across processes ensuring compliance with span, shift, utilization, and skillset targets.

Identify training needs to improve operations, domain skills, and behavioral competencies.

4. Governance Planning

Create and implement internal and external governance frameworks to monitor contractual compliance, employee engagement, and performance.

5. Performance & Talent Planning

Create and cascade scorecards to align the team with engagement goals.

Develop career paths and succession plans for direct reportees to ensure retention and motivation.

6. Financial Management

Conduct monthly financial reviews with BU heads and take corrective actions.

Ensure profitability and budgetary alignment through proactive resource optimization.

7. Resource Optimization

Identify opportunities for work redesign, staff mix, and shift optimization to meet internal financial targets.
