Accountabilities:

The Operations Director will be responsible for leading campaign delivery operations,



optimizing processes, and developing a high-performing offshore team while ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
- Own end-to-end campaign performance, including delivery pacing, optimization, KPI achievement, and overall operational success.
- Translate strategic campaign objectives into transparent execution plans for activation teams and ensure consistent delivery against expectations.
- Support campaign setup, activation, and optimization across platforms, particularly for complex, high-priority, or creative campaigns.
- Identify delivery challenges, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement effective solutions to maintain campaign quality.
