What You’ll Be Doing:

Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals

Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates

Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

Maintain up-to-date candidate data using ATS/trackers

Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process

Support employer branding,

What We’re Looking For:

3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles

A genuine interest in people and the hiring process

-
Degree in HR, Business, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory)
