Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall technical vision and architecture for large-scale, mission-critical systems.
- Make high-impact technology decisions that influence organizational strategy and long-term scalability.
- Lead design and implementation of advanced distributed systems and microservice architectures.
- Partner with senior leadership, product managers, and architects to shape technical roadmaps and innovation strategies.
- Establish and enforce engineering excellence standards across multiple teams and projects.




- Provide deep technical mentorship to senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure and ensure cost-effective, secure, and scalable deployments on AWS.
- Evaluate, adopt, and integrate cutting-edge tools and technologies (e.g., Cloud Code, AI-assisted development) to accelerate delivery and productivity.

Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of skilled software development experience with a proven track record of delivering complex systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Golang (must-have).
- Strong experience with Python and Java for backend development.
- Extensive hands-on experience in microservice architecture, distributed systems, and high-performance computing.
- Deep knowledge of AWS Cloud services and cloud-native design principles.
- Advanced understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps best practices
