About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Performance Management System (PMS) Executive to manage and coordinate the organization's performance management processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance appraisal cycles, KPI/KRA management, employee goal setting, performance analytics, and HRMS systems. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders and HR stakeholders to ensure an efficient and transparent performance management process.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycle.
- Coordinate goal setting, KRA/KPI alignment, and performance review processes across departments.
- Monitor adherence to PMS timelines and ensure timely completion of appraisal activities.
- Support managers and employees throughout the performance review process.




- Generate and analyze performance reports, dashboards, and MIS for leadership review.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee performance records in the HRMS.
- Conduct data validation and resolve discrepancies related to appraisal data.
- Coordinate calibration meetings and assist in performance rating normalization.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and functional heads to drive effective performance management.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of PMS policies, processes, and automation initiatives.
- Support performance improvement plans (PIPs) and maintain related documentation.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management on appraisal outcomes and performance trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of employee performance data.
