Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- DVP Robustness: Validate designs for long-term reliability under diverse conditions.
- Release New Testing Standards: Develop and implement updated testing protocols.
- Develop New Test Methods: Innovate methods for evaluating product reliability.
- Field Failure Analysis: Analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Field-to-Lab Correlation: Establish accurate field and lab performance links.
- Prepare DFMEA: Identify and mitigate design failure risks systematically.
- CFT Collaboration: Work in cross-functional teams for aligned problem-solving.
- CFT Meetings: Lead discussions to address reliability concerns and decisions.

3 to 6 Years
