We are looking for a Junior to Mid-level Project Manager to support and drive Business Systems initiatives (Workday, Salesforce, internal applications), ensuring structured delivery and strong stakeholder alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities

You will join a cross-functional IS project team working across all business domains: HR, Finance, Sales, R&D;, Services.
You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external partners, contributing to the successful delivery of key transformation initiatives.
You will operate in an international and multicultural environment, requiring regular collaboration with globally distributed teams.
Fluency in English is mandatory.

Role Overview
Under the guidance of Program Manager, you will contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of IS projects, with a robust focus on:
Stakeholder management
Planning and organisation




Execution tracking and reporting

Key Responsibilities
- Project Structuring & Planning

Support definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Contribute to building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones
Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical capabilities
- Delivery & Execution Tracking

Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure milestones and deliverables are delivered on time
Coordinate activities between internal teams and external partners
Support resolution of blockers and escalation when needed
- Stakeholder Management

Maintain structured and proactive communication with:
Business teams (HR, Finance, Sales…)
IS technical teams
External vendors / integrators
Facilitate
