Job Title: Senior Manager – Business Finance

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced finance leader to partner with business and operations teams in a high-performance manufacturing workplace. The role will act as a Finance Business Partner for a key business segment, driving financial planning, performance management, cost control, and governance.
The incumbent will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making, ensuring financial discipline, and strengthening internal controls, while working closely with both local and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting:
- Lead the development and execution of Annual Operating Plans and Long-Range Financial Plans in alignment with business strategy
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial submissions in enterprise reporting systems




- Partner with business leaders to translate operational plans into financial outcomes

Financial Reporting & Close Management
- Oversee and ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Review and approve journal entries and financial adjustments
- Analyze financial performance across P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Deliver insightful variance analysis (actual vs. plan/forecast) and drive corrective actions
- Lead balance sheet reviews and ensure integrity through timely reconciliations and issue resolution

Business Performance Management
- Provide actionable financial insights on key performance indicators including cost, productivity, profitability, and working capital
- Support periodic business performance reviews with senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities and recommend improvement actions
