Guidewire’s Professional Services (PS) team partners with P&C; insurers worldwide to implement our cloud platform and unlock measurable value from their transformation programs.
You’ll join a multidisciplinary UX group within PS that collaborates closely with product development, architects, and delivery teams to design intuitive, high-performing digital experiences for complex insurance workflows.
We work in a supportive, in‑person environment in Bengaluru, combining design craft, domain expertise, and curiosity to solve real customer problems.
In this role, you will design responsive user interfaces for enterprise insurance applications, integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities into day-to-day workflows for claims, policy, billing, and analytics. You’ll apply a user-centered design process to translate intricate business and technical constraints into transparent, scalable interaction patterns and visual systems, collaborating with BAs, engineers, and client stakeholders. Job Description

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with Lead UX Architects, Business Analysts, and engineers to design end‑to‑end UX and UI flows for complex insurance journeys (e.g., claims, policy servicing, billing) that are both user-centered and technically feasible.
- Create high-quality, responsive UI designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma, ensuring they align with customer brand guidelines, PS implementation accelerators, and Guidewire’s design system and tokens.
- Translate business requirements, user research, and workflow analysis into clear UX deliverables (journey maps, information architecture, interaction patterns, high‑fidelity mockups, and redlines) that support faster, higher‑quality Professional Services implementations and reusable assets.
