Job role : Team Lead Talent Acquisition

Experience : 8-10 Years

Notice Period : Immediate joiner
- Shift Timings - 5 PM to 2 AM or 6 PM to 3 AM
- To cover few additional region ad hoc work and Costa Rica overlap) – candidate should be adaptable with time, in case this has to change in future
- Work Location – Gurgaon or Bangalore (Remote for now) – this role will need to call people in Costa Rica (internal / external)

Job Description
- Excellent Communication
- Should have experience working in corporate preferable and hardcore Recruitment experience (NO small firm where they have mix role of HRBP, Admin, Ops, etc.)
- Should work independently
- Should manage senior stakeholders
- Hands-on with end-to-end recruitment
- Work with recruiters to ensure the hiring is in smooth manner and maintain documentation
- Handle escalations, if any
- Take responsibility and accountability of the entire Hiring process
- Weekly / Monthly publishing reports
