Your work profile
- Lead end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects or transformation programs
- Work with all stakeholders to create project plan as per delivery methodology
- Coordinate across functional (Finance, SCM, HCM) and technical (integration, data migration, reporting) teams.




- Manage project resources, budget, timelines, risk mitigation and quality.
- Ensure adherence to implementation best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct regular project meetings, prepare & own status reporting, steering committee meetings, phase exits and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with external vendors, system integrators and internal teams.
- Oversee test planning & execution, cutover strategy, go-live, change management and post-production support.
- Should have robust critical-thinking capabilities to solve problems and think about wide-ranging issues and facilitate decisions.
- Should be able to direct, manage and motivate the project team in a multi-vendor and multi country environment.
- Handle the escalations and conflict within the project team.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit and governance policies.
