Your Impact
As a Software Engineering Technical Lead, you will:
- Lead the technical strategy and execution for a key engineering domain, driving a multi-quarter roadmap focused on new capabilities, operational excellence, observability, reliability, and customer experience.
- Remain hands-on with software development by contributing high-quality code, conducting design and code reviews, and setting engineering best practices.
- Design and evolve scalable, secure,



and resilient distributed systems while ensuring non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, security, availability, and maintainability are built into every solution.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives, partnering closely with Product Management and engineering teams to prioritize, execute, and continuously improve outcomes.
- Translate customer feedback, operational insights, and production learnings into platform simplifications that accelerate development and improve customer value.
- Improve engineering quality by driving automated testing, increasing code coverage, strengthening observability, and enhancing operational readiness.
- Introduce creative engineering practices, tools, and AI-powered approaches that improve developer productivity, troubleshooting efficiency, and system reliability.
