About the Role

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a blend of consultative selling, market understanding, and strong communication skills to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads across target markets
- Understand client needs and align Frost & Sullivan’s offerings accordingly
- Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal research and consulting teams to deliver customised solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools

Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or consulting sales




- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with market research or consulting services is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
