Accountabilities:
- Drive end-to-end technical evaluations and customer engagements, helping users successfully adopt and implement testing solutions.
- Partner with customer stakeholders across development, QA, security, networking, and business teams to resolve technical questions and implementation challenges.
- Lead customer engineering activities including technical discovery, solution demonstrations, RFP responses, architectural guidance, and technical support escalations.
- Design and recommend technical approaches that enable customers to achieve successful outcomes using testing platforms and automation solutions.
- Conduct technical workshops, product walkthroughs, and enablement sessions for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand customer needs, provide feedback, and influence future product improvements.
