We are looking for a person in an Architect role for AWS/Windows/VMware activities for the customer, and work with the relevant engineers, specialists, and teams across the technology department to successfully deliver the Deliverables and requirements of the Customer.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all Major Incidents in the Customer Collaboration workplace and provide timely resolution.
- Perform periodic analysis and assessment to identify improvement areas in customer Collaboration environment and propose corrective measures and implement solutions as required.
- Participate and lead technical discussions with customers to prepare an implementation plan to achieve customer IT goals for the Collaboration environment.
