Manager, Data Operations - Alternative Investments

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Data Operations Manager to lead an operations processing team supporting the growing Alternative Investments Operations team.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily tasks across client document inflows, portal document retrieval, and workflow management to ensure alternative investment investor documents are processed accurately and efficiently within established service-level agreements.

The Manager serves a key role leading a team operating within a follow-the-sun model, partnering closely with teams in India (UK Shift) and North America to ensure seamless document flow, operational excellence,



and readiness for the downstream review and data extraction processes. The ideal candidate combines solid people leadership, operational rigor, and expertise in alternative investments.

How You Will Make an Impact

Team & Operational Management
- Lead a team of alternative investment Data Operations specialists - setting clear priorities to meet tight deadlines
- Oversee daily document intake operations across multiple clients and alternative investment portals.
- Monitor workflow queues and team capacity to ensure timely routing of documents within established service-level agreements and proactively address operational bottlenecks
- Manage escalations related to missing documents, processing delays, portal access issues, or client-impacting events.

Global Collaboration
- Partner with leaders across India (UK shift) and North America to support a seamless follow-the-sun operating model.
