Overview:
The Oracle Fusion - P2P role is crucial within our organization as it involves managing and optimizing end-to-end procurement processes using Oracle Fusion applications. The role plays a key part in ensuring effective procurement operations, streamlining purchasing activities, and driving business value through efficient P2P processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and deployment of Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
- Design and configure P2P processes to meet specific business needs
- Manage supplier onboarding, performance management, and relationship building
- Conduct system testing, user training, and provide ongoing support and maintenance
- Develop and maintain P2P system documentation and standard operating procedures
- Ensure seamless integration of P2P processes with other Oracle Fusion modules
- Create and analyze P2P performance metrics, KPIs, and reports




- Identify and resolve P2P process inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion P2P module enhancements and best practices

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud certification
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay applications
- Robust understanding of procurement processes and best practices
- Proficiency in P2P configuration, customization, and data migration
- Experience with P2P reporting tools and analytics
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and lead P2P improvement projects
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Knowledge of integration points between P2P and other ERP modules
- Understanding of compliance, risk management, and security considerations in P2P processes
