We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our Product Design team and shape the next generation of enterprise products used by IT operations, engineers, and business leaders.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly technical domains, loves solving complex problems at scale, and can translate advanced workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers across global teams to deliver designs that balance clarity, usability, and technical constraints.

What You’ll Do As a Senior UX Designer, you will:
● Lead the end-to-end UX process—research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and high-fidelity designs.
● Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to understand customer workflows, pain points, and requirements, and translate them into scalable solutions.
● Champion user-centered design and customer validation across the product lifecycle, and in roadmap and product strategy discussions.
