Job Description
Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination to ensure timely and productive hiring processes.

Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through various channels and platforms.

Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings across relevant platforms.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.

Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed to ensure smooth operations.
