We are seeking an accomplished and results-oriented Operations Manager with 17–22 years of experience to lead and optimize large-scale manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in production management, operational excellence, resource planning, and process optimization. This leadership role requires a strategic professional who can drive productivity, maintain exceptional quality standards, and ensure efficient utilization of resources while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production activities, ensuring timely delivery of products, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing best practices that enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, maintenance, procurement,



and senior leadership to achieve organizational goals while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Develop and execute production plans that align with business objectives and customer demand.
- Monitor production schedules, capacity utilization, and resource allocation to meet delivery timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar operational excellence methodologies.
- Optimize production processes to reduce waste, improve throughput, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Ensure adherence to quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
