We are seeking a energetic and results-oriented Sales Head for our Beverages division.This role will be responsible for leading our sales strategy, overseeing the order management process, and ensuring the realization of payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG sector, particularly in beverages, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
 Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
 Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth
opportunities.
 Design and execute market penetration strategies for new and existing beverage products.
 Collaborate with senior management to set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Order Management:
 Oversee the entire order process from receipt to execution, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
 Work closely with regional sales managers, distributors, and retailers to ensure accurate and
