Help customers with product info, orders, tracking, returns, and more

Resolve complaints quickly and professionally

Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction

Work on both voice and chat support

What We’re Looking For:

12th pass / Graduate – Any stream

Good English communication skills

Typing speed – Decent and accurate

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Problem-solving mindset

Experience in chat and voice support is a plus, but freshers are welcome

Roles and responsibilities:

Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.

Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.

Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
