Track key performance metrics for warehousing for each warehouse on a periodic basis Coordinate with Plant, Maintenance, Marketing, Commercial, Purchase Technical departments and PT Lab to ensure efficient storage and timely despatch

Manage customer complaints

Monitor and control contract staff and accountable for their salary certification, other statutory

liabilities and productivity Handle truck parking plaza and truck drivers related issues

Establish Distribution Safety System & Offsite Emergency Response Preparedness Responsible for achieving set Dispatch Targets

Help in implementation of TQM, QCC, SGA, Six Sigma, 1st Party & 2nd Party Audit etc.

Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)

Diploma/similar skilled qualification

Basic experience with logistics function

6-9 years of experience in the area of warehouse management
