Job Summary:

The Junior Advocate will support legal activities related to real estate projects, including title verification, drafting of agreements, and handling land-related documentation. The role requires robust knowledge of property laws and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct title search and verification of properties.
Handle and interpret 7/12 extract (Satbara) and other land records.
Draft and review development agreements, sale deeds, and power of attorney.
Prepare and respond to legal notices and documentation.

Experience in Shivaji Typing

Assist in due diligence and legal documentation for land acquisition.
Maintain proper legal records and documentation.
Coordinate with government authorities, legal consultants, and internal teams.
Support senior legal team in litigation and documentation work.
