Catering to Automotive and Industrial segments as well as household appliances. Our Manufacturing Plant caters to Indian OEMs like TATA Motors, Force Motors, Ashok Leyland, TDK, Emerson, Marcopolo. Roles and Responsibilities: • Performing inspection activity considering internal defects, customer complaints & feedback, potential defects etc. • Performing product audit / process audit/Layout Audit • Achieve prescribed targets for the day. • Notify problems / defects to QA Manager. • Recording inspection details into check sheet. (First Piece & Petrol Inspection)



• Initial Process starting verification • Preparation & Inspection of master sample • Through observation of production and standards • Preparation of line wise quality chart and analysis. • Requalification of special process, fixtures and EOL Panel • Completion of Rework activity • Send rejection information to Production & supplier quality • Initiate & Closure of the rejection analysis of top contributing defects related to in process • Compilation of SPC & MSA as per plan • Instrument Handling i.e vernier calliper, Multimeter • In absence of Engineer/In process QA/Senior Engineer takes over all the authorities.
