Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and resume screening.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparation of welcome materials.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Help organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Attend HR meetings and take minutes for distribution.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Research best practices and trends in HR to propose improvements.
- Support advantages administration including inquiries and updates.
- Participate in employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
- Help manage the HR department's documentation and filing system.
- Contribute to the creation of HR policies and procedures documentation.
- Assist with payroll preparation and coordination.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications




- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or related fields is a plus.
