Overview
The Sales Officer (Home Loans) plays a critical role in driving revenue and expanding the customer base for our home loan products. This position is pivotal within the organization as it directly interacts with potential clients, understanding their financial needs and guiding them in selecting the suitable home loan options. The Sales Officer is often the first point of contact for customers and is responsible for fostering strong relationships that lead to customer loyalty. With a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional service, the Sales Officer must stay informed about the latest market trends and product offerings. Additionally, this role requires collaboration with various internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current leads through various channels.
