Responsible for manufacturing of proto tooling and parts submission. Responsible for monitoring and recording quality, cost and delivery time of each project. Responsible for daily/weekly work planning for the project being handled. Responsible for recent product technical feasibility study,Design review, DVP etc.
Concept design & Subsequent mould design for the Engineering plastic components using Solid Edge ST 2.O &Auto; CAD 2010 as per Client’s requirement and CAD Standards.
Proficient in Modelling, Assembly,



Drafting and Surfacing and GD&T.;
Core & cavity extraction for the plastic product and design of entire mould base.
Providing suitable and cost effective mechanism for the functioning of moulds.
Vendor Development.
Documentation through APQP & DFMEA process and Design Review
Plastic product design& product development Tooling design
Thorough Knowledge of mould making and various activities of shop floor.
Interaction with vendors and allotting the projects.
Preparation of RFD, FPA, and Design change note, PPAP processes.
Designing of the sheet metal parts which are to be used an inserts in plastic parts.
Well versed with Reverse Engineering and Rapid Prototyping processes.
