- Oversee and drive OT security remediation in the region by partnering with multiple functions such as; Manufacturing operations, IT Networking, IT Infrastructure and IT support.
- Ensure cybersecutiy readiness for new OT projects, which requires moving projects from the conceptual/definition phases, to launch. Success depends on solid leadership skills (running efficient meetings, driving accountability for task completion, and working through difficult technical decisions when there is no consensus).
- Perform manufacturing cybersecurity assessments. Tasks include data collection, onsite audits, and coordinate and influence local manufacturing and IT teams.
- Meet with 3rd parties to align on applicable security approaches and be accountable for the piloting and roll out of improved cybersecurity.




- Routinely self evaluate methodologies and ask what could work better or be more effective.
- Periodically check to validate that cybersecurity controls are being implemented in an effective and sustainable manner.
- Understand the differences between OT and IT, take an active role in educating others and consensus building.
- Lead or participate in architecture reviews.
- Assist Security Operations in cybersecurity incidents investigations.
- Participate in OT cybersecuity tabletop exercises.
- Stay current on the latest OT security technology and trends.
- All other duties and projects as assigned.
