As a Lead Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in IBM Sterling, Sterling File Gateway, and B2B Integrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of these systems. You will lead a team of engineers, provide technical expertise, and ensure the successful deployment and management of B2B integration and file transfer solutions.
Responsibilities:
- System Design and Architecture:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and reliable system architectures using IBM Sterling, Sterling File Gateway, and B2B Integrator.
- Ensure the integration of these systems with existing infrastructure and applications.
- Evaluate recent features, enhancements, and technologies related to IBM Sterling solutions for potential implementation.
- Team Leadership and Project Management:
- Lead a team of systems engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines, and oversee their successful completion.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress,

- IBM Sterling Administration:

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations for optimal efficiency.
