Senior Vice President & India Business Head – Digital, Cloud , Data/AI, Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Impact Areas:
Business Leadership & P& L Ownership
 Lead the India business with full revenue, margin, and growth accountability.
 Develop a multi-year strategic plan for the India market aligned to global priorities in Digital, Cloud , Data/AI and Cyber.
 Build a scalable operating model that supports high growth while maintaining delivery excellence.

Experience & Qualifications:
 20+ years of leadership experience in IT services, digital engineering, cloud transformation, or data/AI services.
 Proven track record of building and scaling a business in India with strong revenue growth.
 Strong enterprise sales leadership experience—both new logo acquisition and expansion.
 Demonstrated success in building and managing hyperscaler and OEM partnerships.
 Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud architectures, AI/ML, and modern data platforms.




 Solid executive presence with outstanding client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.
 Experience managing P& L of significant scale.
 Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
 Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building and scaling under pressure.
