The Role

As a Functional Analyst at Kyndryl, you will be supporting and leading the analysis, design, and delivery of banking solutions. The role involves translating business needs into solution specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams,



and ensuring successful implementation aligned with business goals, technology standards, and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Lead identification, analysis, and documentation of business, system, and solution requirements
- Define and validate performance, scalability, security, and service quality requirements
- Perform end-to-end impact analysis across applications, integrations, and data flows
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Own and drive solution design specifications aligned to enterprise architecture
- Develop conceptual and logical data models
- Define source-to-target data mappings and create data flow diagrams and transformation rules
- Contribute to effort estimation and solution sizing
- Act as a key bridge between business and technology teams
- Lead stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment across teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement
