About our Team
As a Senior Process Control System Engineer - Level 2 support, you will be part of Automation Technologies Global PlantLine Technical Support Centre in Chennai. Our department is composed of Multiskilled Engineering and Technical support where we each contribute multiple projects and customers Globally. Even though we are based in Chennai,



there will be travel to our customer place whenever is required. Our stakeholders are Process Control / Product control Commissioning, Engineering, Digital smart products (IIOT) colleagues, culturally diverse atmosphere.

Role:
You will be part of our 24x7 Global PlantLine Service Technical Support Team and handling the direct day-to-day requests received from various customers and internal stake holders related to Fuller Technologies Digital products (Automation Technologies).

Your responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customer and ensure timely response to issues with proper resolution within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) time meeting customer satisfaction.
- Passionate to support customers 24x7 as per shift roaster, it includes night shift. Daily tracking and follow-up with customer, short training to customer during remote support on new features.
