What you’ll do
- This position is for the Manufacturing Engineering Department at Lam India, Bangalore, and closely working with Pilot & HVME Manufacturing engineers, test engineers, industrial engineers across global build facilities.
- Lead the development of electrical and electro-mechanical systems,



including power distribution and control architecture for fixtures, outriggers, and test equipment
- Own and drive successful design reviews to get buy-in from all cross-functional teams & stakeholders for recent design concepts.
- Provide technical leadership for sustaining engineering activities such as cable assy schematic and system interconnect schematics design, mistake-proofing of designs (e.g. poke-yoke of connectors, cables, etc.) and provide resolution to PRs.
- Develops functional specifications for electrical/ electro-mechanical systems and power distribution components.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, schedules, and KPIs for quality and on-time delivery.
- Provide accurate and timely resolution to design related production issues encountered during the build process of fixtures, outriggers & test equipment.
