Job Description:

As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of office facilities, workplace services, and administrative operations. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors,



and building management to ensure smooth office functioning and an exceptional employee experience.

This role is Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm, based on-site in New Delhi, IND and requires consistent presence during posted hours.

What you'll do:
- Assist with office setup activities and support day-to-day operational requirements to ensure smooth workplace functioning.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of printers and other office equipment, working closely with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage housekeeping services and follow up with office landlord (in current location CorporatEdge) to maintain workplace standards.
- Track and replenish stationery and other office consumables while maintaining inventory records.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, courier services, and shipment logistics.
