Job Purpose:
Section Head Safety is responsible for safety related aspects of the entire station through proper planning and ensuring safety awareness. This role is responsible for identifying hazards and risks in the assigned area, ensuring a safe working setting and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Safety Training and Awareness:
Plan and ensure safety of the station by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standards.
Organize safety induction training and vertigo tests for new staff and agency workers.
Plan and organize mass safety awareness programs, such as Safety Mela, Weekly MTBT, etc.
Train the Trainer for various safety standards and ensure the dissemination of safety knowledge across the organization.
Coordinate with the CSR Department to raise safety awareness in the nearby community.
Monitor and ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during jobs.
