Job Description
Quality Engineering Manager – Band 4D (Senior Manager)
Experience
- 12–15 years of software quality engineering experience across web, API, platform, and enterprise applications
- Proven track record of leading quality engineering for large-scale product engineering programs and multiple concurrent releases
- Experience managing teams of Quality Engineers, Automation Engineers, and QE Leads across multiple projects or product areas
- Strong experience driving quality transformation initiatives, automation strategy, and engineering excellence programs
- Demonstrated ability to influence engineering, product, and business stakeholders on quality outcomes
- Robust understanding
