Marmon is seeking an Accounting Executive with a solid service-oriented mindset to support our Financial
Shared Services team (Retail Solutions) industry. The Accounts Receivable & Cash Application executive
is responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of
customer payments, accurate application of cash receipts, and maintaining customer account records. This
role works closely with customers, internal departments, and the finance team to resolve payment
discrepancies and support month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities / Functions:

Accounts Receivables




ï‚· Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
ï‚· Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received according to agreed payment terms.
ï‚· Review aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances through emails and phone calls.
ï‚· Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, deductions, short payments, and customer disputes.
ï‚· Maintain accurate customer master data and account records in the ERP system.
ï‚· Reconcile customer accounts and provide statements upon request.
ï‚· Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve collection issues.
ï‚· Prepare periodic accounts receivable reports and aging analysis for management review.
ï‚· Support the month-end and year-end closing process related to receivables.

Cash Application
ï‚· Review daily bank activity and identify customer receipts.
ï‚· Accurately apply cash receipts, wire transfers, ACH payments, checks, and lockbox transactions t
