We're looking for a Senior User Experience Designer who can demonstrate skills and maturity towards UX design in Employee Experience at Schneider Electric.

Minimum qualifications:
- Master/Bachelor's degree in Design in Interaction design or associated fields from a premier institute is ideal (NID’s, IIT’s) but there is always room for exceptional candidates.
- 3 to 6+ years of skilled experience as designer with relevant portfolio
- You are a supportive leader and mentor who understand how to help develop and nurture both experienced UX Designers and other members of the Experience Design team
- You understand how to work successfully and collaborate within both Experience Design and Cross-Functional teams on technical and strategic projects
- Bring the voice of the employees and user-centric design process and implement state of the art trends in employee experience.
- Expertise in core UX disciplines including information architecture, interaction design, application of design systems, and UI design
- Passionate about Design Thinking

Preferred Skills:




- You have experience leading, coaching and mentoring teams of designers
- You have broad understanding of experience design and the ability to reason the design decisions
- Excellent grasp of balancing user needs with business strategy
- Experience of delivering UX independently from beginning to end, as well as driving UX processes from end to end
- Advanced skills in interactive and design tools such as: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop & Illustrator
- Outstanding communication and team working skills.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating a history of crafting phenomenal multi-channel experiences
- Familiarity with content strategy, content management, taxonomy and large-scale digital publishing
- Experience facilitating design thinking workshops or other design discovery methods
