About the Role
As PDS Intern, you will support our project teams in organising and maintaining significant project records such as drawings, contracts, reports, submissions and correspondence.

You will gain practical exposure to how construction and real estate projects are managed, while working closely with project managers, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders. This role is suitable for students or recent graduates who are organised, detail-oriented and interested in developing a career in project management, construction or the built environment.

What You Will Do
- Assist in organising and maintaining project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, work orders, submissions and correspondence.
- Update document registers and trackers for drawings, Requests for Information, submissions, approvals and project changes.
- Support the distribution of documents to project teams, consultants, contractors and clients.




- Help ensure that project teams are using the latest approved versions of documents.
- Assist with document formatting, filing, version control and digital archiving.
- Support the preparation and tracking of contracts, work orders and amendments when project requirements change.
- Assist with maintaining records related to Bills of Quantities, costs, quantities and project variations.
- Help prepare documentation for project reports, audits, client reviews and internal meetings.
- Follow project and company document control procedures.
- Identify opportunities to make document management processes more accurate and efficient.
- Provide general coordination and administrative support to the project team when required.
