Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage AI-driven programs focused on Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Data Annotation, and AI Operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project and program management, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance. The role requires driving end-to-end execution of AI initiatives while ensuring adherence to quality, productivity, KPI, and SLA commitments.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI, LLM, Prompt Engineering, and AI/ML operations projects.
- Manage and mentor teams across Prompt Engineering, Data Annotation, Data Labeling, and AI Operations functions.
- Define project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project performance and ensure achievement of KPIs, SLAs, quality standards,



and productivity targets.
- Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and risk assessments.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to project governance processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective resource planning, team utilization, and capacity management across projects.
