Mission:
The mission of this role is to ensure the accurate execution, analysis,



and reporting of EMV and payment-related tests while delivering high-quality technical support to customers and internal teams. The position contributes to maintaining service excellence, strengthening compliance, and supporting the implementation of recent payment solutions.
ACTIVITIES
- Demonstrating exceptional technical knowledge to conduct test sessions in accordance with the related Quality Assurance Plan.
- Analyzing EMV test data and results, providing insightful feedback.
- Producing comprehensive test reports and continually striving to minimize issues identified during reviews.
- Understanding the purpose of tests with respect to customer needs and specificities within the testing scope.
- Developing technical documentation and actively contributing to the internal knowledge base.
- Offering technical consulting and debugging services to customers, both remotely and on customer premises when necessary.
- Providing technical support internally to colleagues.
